The SR rotor‒stator system is a dispersion system for batch processing low viscosity products. The bearing free stator is an ideal flow breaker. It prevents rotation of the product and provides input of mechanical energy in a very concentrated area. The actual dispersion takes place between the rotor and the stator.
Besides the modular rotor-stator technology described above we are also able to provide a rotor-stator dispersion instrument which can be operated in circulation as well as in passage process.
